As a demolition / deconstruction business we believe that we have a responsibility to maintain our environment.  As a company we excel in meeting and exceeding these environmental standards.  We are a leader in this industry as we comply with the Guidelines of the GREEN POINTS PROGRAMS in the City of Boulder and the City of Longmont, as well as requirements of Boulder County and other area. 

We also work with a number of other agencies to divert materials from landfills including RESOURCE 2000 and HABITAT FOR HUMANITY.

We offer our customers, for both commercial and residential projects, the opportunity to help us help the environment.  We track and itemize all materials recycled and or donated from each project.  We then offer a complete and comprehensive materials report, including weight tickets and amounts, for tax deductions on donated materials.  This tax deduction can be used to offset the cost of deconstruction vs. the cost of demolition.
