Specializing in selective dismantlement - deconstruction - for the purposes of keeping building items out of landfills so that these items can be reused, repurposed, recycled or donated. We have developed many methods over the years that help projects run efficiently to meet these requirements.
Renovations are often subtle, like when updating an existing building or house with cosmetic changes. Or, they can be drastic, such as a remodel involving changing the structure through demolition and construction. In either case, CDD is the perfect choice to get your project started right.
Colorado Demolition & Deconstruction offers services in Larmier county and surrounding Boulder and Denver counties for the home remodelers who want to build upon their current home. From selective roof removal to complete tear-off, we can get it done.
Commercial tenant finish is a major component of our business. CDD has specialized in tenant improvements for over 40 years. We have worked closely with tenants, landlords, investors, property managers and commercial real estate brokers.
Colorado Demolition realizes the extensive list of duties that property managers are responsible for. We can help alleviate some of these stresses by preparing suites for new tenants. Some of these duties may include simple items such as clean-outs, flooring removal or complete tear-outs to prepare for new floor plans.
Any residential structure built prior to 1978 is considered to have lead-based paint and therefore must be tested. If found, the areas with lead paint must be removed with proper procedures according to EPA standards. CDD is certified by the EPA to conduct lead-based paint removal.
"I can bring Colorado Demolition into the nicest of homes and they will take all of the necessary precautions and care to do the job carefully and minimize dust and impact to the owners. They excel at commercial work, and leave the job ready to go for the other crews. In summary, Pat and Eric make me look good, and I appreciate that very much."
"Not only did you take down the deck and left the area free of debris, you did so with no footprints through my flower beds. You moved my trash and recycling bins back, you gave me the wood donation receipt, and your job came in under budget! Thank you for your quality work and your “above and beyond”. I’ll continue to give you rave reviews and commend you whenever I get the chance."
“The entire Board of Directors of Habitat for Humanity St. Vrain Valley would like to thank you for the generous donation of materials through the years. Your support of our mission to provide decent, affordable housing in our community makes us all blessed.”
