What is deconstruction?

Deconstruction entails taking a house apart, piece by piece, down to the foundation. The majority of what is removed from a house via deconstruction can be recycled or reused. Everything removed from the house and donated to a qualified 501(c)3 charity can be claimed by the property owners on their taxes as a donation at fair market value.
The video below will give you a 3 min snapshot of a total home deconstruction.

How much money will I save to do a deconstruction project?

This is a difficult question to answer, however, we should be able to save you $15,000 dollars rather than going with a standard demolition. If you were to choose a demolition company that does not take the same care that we do, the amount of material that is thrown away simply goes to waste. As a company that is committed to helping out homeowners and residential neighborhoods in the Denver, Boulder, and Longmont communities, we want the price of your total home deconstruction to be as inexpensive as possible.

How green are you?

As green as it gets. Our whole company is based around keeping Denver, Boulder, Longmont, and the Colorado Front Range as pristine as possible. If you'd like to hear about the materials donated and recycled and the amount of environmental impact we have with Boulder County's 'Build Smart" Program, go to the about page, and check us out!

Will I get a tax breakand write-off for donating materials?

Yes you can! Look into the pricing page for an explanation of how this could work. Deconstruction is often more cost efficient thanDemolition, and meets boulder county regulations for their green building initiative.

How long have you been doing this?

We have been perfecting our deconstruction and demolition process for the last 47 years. That is almost half a decade of experience that we bring to your project.

How long will this project take?

Most projects typically last between one week to 2 months.
